Welcome to Albaslot. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and Albaslot ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at albaslot.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

To register and maintain an account on Albaslot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable. Misrepresentation of age constitutes fraud.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Albaslot or any of its partner companies, in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from Albaslot, whether voluntarily or by Company decision.
• You must register only one (1) account. Operating multiple accounts under different identities or the same identity is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering an account on Albaslot, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Albaslot will never contact you to request your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Albaslot reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. Accounts are for personal use only — commercial use, syndicate betting, or use on behalf of a third party without express written consent is prohibited.

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, Albaslot is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and at other points during the account lifecycle at the Company's discretion.

The standard KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driving Licence, or Passport showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (e.g., TNB, Indah Water, Astro) or official bank statement dated within the past three (3) months showing your residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Member holding their identity document alongside their face.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving higher transaction volumes, the Company may request additional evidence regarding the source of deposited funds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held and, after an extended period of non-compliance, potential account suspension. Albaslot processes KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours during standard operating periods.

Albaslot supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) carry a minimum of MYR 30; bank transfers via FPX carry a minimum of MYR 50.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Albaslot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank maintenance windows.
• All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC approval and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times of approximately 15 to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the Albaslot account.
• Albaslot reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified if such checks are initiated.

Albaslot offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Albaslot reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Member's account at any time if it reasonably suspects misuse, abuse, or exploitation of any promotion.
• Where a Member withdraws funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, voiding of winnings, and permanent account closure.
• Free spins winnings and free bet returns are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Albaslot platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic methods to interact with the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Members to fix or manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that breaches applicable financial crime legislation.
• Depositing funds via payment accounts belonging to a third party without the written consent of that party and the prior approval of Albaslot.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain. Such exploits must be reported to Albaslot support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards Albaslot staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All wagers placed on the Albaslot platform are governed by the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product, which are made available within each respective game or betting interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific product rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting rules apply:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. No wager may be cancelled or reversed by the Member after submission, except as expressly provided in specific product rules.
• Albaslot reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or game where a manifest error in odds or pricing has occurred, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of Albaslot's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure.
• Albaslot may apply maximum bet limits and winning caps at its discretion. Members who consistently win at abnormally high rates may have their stake limits adjusted.
• Sports betting markets offered include, but are not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and major international tournaments. Market availability is subject to change.

Albaslot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Members seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Albaslot provides the following responsible gambling tools, all of which are available upon request through our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

All content on the Albaslot platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the underlying code of the website, is the property of Albaslot or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or software.

The Albaslot name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence to use any trademark without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albaslot and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Albaslot shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: server failure, internet connectivity disruptions, payment gateway outages, acts of God, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, Albaslot's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Albaslot account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Albaslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Members, except where required by applicable law. The current version of these Terms will always be published on this page, along with the date of the most recent update.

Material changes that significantly affect Members' rights or obligations will be communicated via a notice on the Albaslot homepage or, where reasonably practicable, by email to the address registered on the Member's account. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If a Member does not agree with any amendment, they may close their account by contacting our support team at [email protected], subject to any pending withdrawal being processed in the normal course.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between a Member and Albaslot in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction carried out thereon shall be resolved through the following escalation process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Member should first contact Albaslot's support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution is unsatisfactory, the Member may submit a formal written complaint, which will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team within 20 business days.
3. Arbitration: If the formal complaint remains unresolved, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
